General terms of use (incl. disclaimer)

Conditions of use of mbw | Medienberatung der Wirtschaft GmbH via the use of the website www.hbw.de.

1 Validity of these terms of use

mbw | Medienberatung der Wirtschaft GmbH (‘service provider’) provides the content at “www.hbw.de” based on the following terms of use. By using the website, you recognise the scope of these terms of use. If do not wish to conform to these terms of use, you may not use this website.

2 Content of the website

The individual pages of the website have been carefully produced and checked. However, the service provider accepts no warranty for the quality of the information provided, or for it being up-to-date, correct or complete. Liability claims against the service provider that relate to material or immaterial damages that were caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or use of incorrect and incomplete information are excluded provided that no provable wilful or gross negligence led to this. The service provider explicitly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete or to temporarily or completely stop the publication of parts of web pages or the entire website without special notice.

3 Liability for links

With direct or indirect references to other Internet pages (‘links’) that lie outside of the responsibility of the service provider, liability would come exclusively into force in the case that he/she knew about this content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for the service provider to prevent the use in case of illegal content. The service provider hereby expressly declares that, at the time the links were created, the corresponding pages to which the links lead were free of any illegal content. The service provider declares that he/she does not have any influence whatsoever over the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked sites. The service providers therefore hereby distance themselves expressly from all content on all linked sites that was changed after the link was created. This statement applies for all set links included within the website. In the case of illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, and in particular damages that arise as a result of the use or non-use of information presented in such a way, sole liability is accepted by the operator of the linked page and not the operator of the page containing links to the respective publication.

4 Copyrights and trademark law

The service provider endeavours to respect the applicable copyrights in all publications. Should a copyright violation occur nevertheless, the service provider will, upon being informed, remove the corresponding object from its publication or furnish it with the appropriate copyright mark. All the brand names and trademarks (including those of third parties) mentioned on the Internet site are subject unreservedly to the requirements of the respective trademark law applicable and to the rights of the registered owners. The conclusion must not be drawn purely from the name of a trademark that is not protected by the rights of a third party. The service provider holds sole copyright for his/her own contents of the website. Reproduction of such graphics, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is only admissible with the previous express consent of the service provider.
